Fatima Gutierrez of Guaraxez is using her special "chispa" to take artisan fashion to the next level!
Fatima's a vivacious young woman who refuses to be basic! She's taken traditional Latin America-styled clothing and added her own sexy twist with her brand Guaraxez. She's a college student, she is a business owner, a daughter, and a wife. She a part of a younger generation that is tapping into their creativity in ways that are inspiring and thoughtful.
Having been a DREAMER, Fatima has been pushing herself to fulfill her mother's sacrifice, of coming to America from El Salvador for a brighter future. Today Fatima has garnered over 200,000 Instagram followers, all of this by staying true to herself, developing a slow fashion brand that is size inclusive, and conducting fair trade business with the people who make her clothes.

You don't need to be a professional dancer to make fun videos on social media, although it helps 😉 My guest Britney Crosson has created a social movement using Instagram, YouTube, and Tik Tok Videos. We talked about tips for getting outside of yourself and just posting the damn thing! Britney's treadmill and spin bike dancing videos have over 14 million views and counting, her reach has been amazing thanks to her confidence and creativity.

So many of us have heard about the generational battles between Boomers and Millennials, right? But have we considered the generational battle between Gen X women and Millennial women?
In one corner Alicia represents Generation X, born in 1975 she is hard driven to push beyond workplace boundaries and time. She was raised to show up and shut up, work-life balance what?? The grinder is her middle name.
In the other corner Deissy, a proven Millenial who takes her makes her work life her purpose and recovery is a part of her repertoire. One to take on challenges with zest and passion, but always making sure to take her time.
